Community Engagement Day
On Saturday 17 April, Northampton Fish Market Gallery hosted a community engagement day hosted by the Northamptonshire Engagement Forum with the participation of the Council for Ethnic Minority Communities and approximately thirty local groups and organisations. Events included Bollywood dancing, doll drums, belly dancing, a gospel choir, an African drum workshop, a raffle and dozens of stalls. The host was Inspiration FM's Mark Dean and music was provided by the station which also filmed the event. It was a sunny spring day and over one thousand members of the public came to see what was on offer. You can view the footage on the Inspiration FM YouTube site.
